These Terms of Service govern your use of the Arka Rooftop website and the reservations made through it. By using this website you agree to these terms.
This website is operated by Vibia SHPK (NUIS M01509024F), Rezidenca “Kodra e Diellit 2”, Tirana, Albania, which operates Arka Rooftop restaurant, lounge bar and pool.
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Reservations are made through our booking provider, EasyTable. Please provide accurate details. A reservation is valid once you receive a confirmation. We may be unable to hold a table beyond a reasonable waiting time.
Restaurant reservations can be changed or cancelled using the link in your confirmation email. For certain bookings, such as pool reservations, a no-show fee may apply if you do not cancel within the period stated at the time of booking.
An elegant or smart-casual dress code is appreciated for dinner. Sportswear and slippers are not permitted.
All content on this website – including text, logos, photographs and menus – is owned by Vibia SHPK / Arka Rooftop and may not be reproduced without permission.
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or third-party services linked from it.
